LEAD IU Leadershape® is a 6-day leadership institute that challenges those who attend to move out of their comfort zones. LEAD IU LeaderShape® is fully funded through departmental scholarships and the Student Life and Learning Office.

The Catalyst® Student Leader Retreat is a 1-day leadership development program conducted by the LeaderShape® Institute.​
